On Saturday, January 30th a true life couple that depict the story line of Platanos and Collard Greens will marry on the stage of the smash hit Off-Broadway production. because their story book romance mimics the play, Maylene and Sabur have chosen the first day of their new life together to begin during the production that brought them together.
